Homemade Kimchi and CHEESE

Let's make kimchi! I haven't been able to find good sour kimchi in town, and have been making my own for almost two years. I have plenty of small jars and a kimchi fridge. I'll also make a kimchi stew for dinner.
If you'd like to join, just RSVP. If you'd like to take some home, PM me (so I can pick up extra cabbage and ingredients) and bring some canning jars. This is more an open door invitation than a proper party, so don't expect a crowd.
I'm also going to commit to making a batch of cheese a month, so come if you'd like to learn with me. I've plateaued with the quality, all of my research indicates that the acidity level is too high when I remove it from the heat. So I'll be working on that.
