Fourth Film in the Summer Film Series

Join the Friends of the C. G. Jung Society for the fourth, and final, film in the C. G. Jung Society of New Orleans' 2025 Summer Film Series. The film selected for August will be The Fits (Anna Rose Holmer, 2015). The screening begins at 7 PM, and is followed by a discussion that will invite viewers to discern some of the possible Jungian themes that might be identified in the movie, or any other insights that participants have to offer. No previous knowledge of Jung or Jungian concepts needed, and potential prompts for using a Jungian lens will be offered before the film starts. This is a free event, and will be held inside The Courtyard Brewery located at 1160 Camp Street, New Orleans 70130. The Courtyard Brewery has food and drinks for purchase, including alcohol containing beverages, for attendees who like to eat during movies. The event is completely free.
