More than halfway through September Game Night

Hi Everyone,

1. Starting with the first game night in September, we will begin again to collect a $1 fee. The fee collected will pay for the Meetups software dues due in December, which is $100 (I use any extra money I receive to buy gift cards for the group's former host, Connie, to pay back everything she paid for on the group's behalf before Ron and I took over as hosts.)
2. Since 2024 is an election year and politics don't go with games, please refrain from discussing politics and political subjects during our game nights.
3. We are looking for a member who lives near the Park Place Apartments in Port Richey. Please let me know if it would be possible for you to occasionally pick up someone who would like to attend but doesn't have a way to join us.

Since our meetups have been getting rather large because of restaurant staffing for this or any other location...everyone needs to RSVP ideally by Friday lunchtime so I can let them know how many people to expect and staff accordingly.

Please remember IHOP is not charging us to allow us to play there. Please consider thanking them by buying something to eat or drink while we are there. And, of course, remember to tip our server(s).

Although every one of all ages is welcome, children and service animals should be supervised and looked after while in attendance.

At IHOP, they usually give us their back room.

Everyone will enjoy dinner at 530pm until everyone is finished. Game playing will start after everyone eats.

This outing will be at the IHOP on Route 19, near the tax collector's office. If you tend to get cold, please bring a sweater or jacket.

Our meetups have been popular lately, so we have been breaking into smaller groups to play games after dinner.
