Unconscious Bias is typically thought of like a costly weed to be eradicated. Yet, despite our best efforts, even those of us who care most about inclusivity struggle to be "unbiased." We’re so excited to be joined by Lily Zheng, where we’ll hear about the systemic and cognitive origins of bias, the ways in which unchecked bias shapes the products we make and use, and a new framework that approaches bias not from a place of fear, but understanding.
