Genesee Yacht Club WSI Women Skippers Invitational Regatta For Women and Men !!

Greetings fellow WSI Skippers and Sailors ~
I hope this finds you all well and enjoying our chance to get out on the water ⛵ The Genesee Yacht Club is excited to host the 40th Annual WSI Regatta on Saturday, July 19, 2025 and we welcome you to join us in the fun!

We are inviting all interested New Sailors both Women and Men (and others they may know) to join in and crew or possibly skipper on one of our yachts taking part in this years' WSI Regatta.

You do NOT need experience, just a willingness to learn and we will assign you to the boat that best fits.

Be at the GYC Porch by 9AM for the Skippers meeting (a little earlier even better) and we will match you up with a boat.

If you RSVP on this meetup we will assume that you are interested in crewing and will match you up with a boat and if possible with send you information on what boat you are going to crew on.

Please consider reaching out to fellow sailors and supporters to encourage their participation as we work to build our community of women skippers and crew, from the "very experienced" to the "uncertain but curious" ... as we hope to offer something for everyone.
Thank you all for your past participation and we hope to see you again this year for a great day on the race course and a fun picnic to follow.
