#### You are cordially invited to our first Educational Program on Thursday, March 5 at 6:15 pm, prior to the regular Membership Meeting.
#### Doug Burtner has generously agreed to share some of his extensive knowledge about sail trim and other sailing tips.
#### For those of you who don't know, Doug is a GYC member and lifelong sailor who has raced in many prestigious events over the years.
#### Racing in our PHRF program on the Ensign Calyce, he frequently takes home some hardware.
#### Doug currently works at Quantum Sails.
#### This experience lends him an insider's knowledge of the performance characteristics of various sail materials and construction.
#### There is always more to learn about sail trim! I'm certain that both beginners and more experienced sailors, racers and cruisers alike will find his talk informative and useful.
#### Please plan to arrive by 6:15 to get settled so we can start right on time.
