Mark Maier (UK) - Multi award winning writer and comedian Mark Maier, is a highly sought after performer on both the national and international comedy circuits. He has played Germany, Holland, Ireland, Hong Kong, Bahamas, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand – and has also appeared at the Comedy Store in Los Angeles and Caroline’s in New York. Mark is the only British comedian to be invited to perform at the Kung Pao Kosher Comedy show in San Francisco in its 35 year history. Professional highlights include two series of ‘Trapped’ for BBC Radio 4 – a show both written and performed by Mark , ‘Inner Voices of Men’ an Alan Bennett style talking heads series for BBC R4 and ‘Object Lessons’ – the radio adaptation of his hit Edinburgh show. Mark’s many television appearances include Harry Hills TeaTime (SKY), Boy Meets Girl (BBC2) The Stand Up Show (BBC1),“A multi-talented, mercurial comedian” – The Independent
