Mai Tai is located at the top top floor of Ala Moana. Best to park on level 3 and take escalator up. It's where Olive Garden and CPK are located. If you park on 2nd level, take stairs up, pass Lucky Strike and go up 1 more floor. 1450 Ala Moana Blvd Suite 3247, Honolulu, HI 96814
