Women's Music Industry Support Group: Level Up, Stand Out, and Lead Loud

Details
We're inviting women from all corners of the music industry - business, creative, touring, and PR - for a monthly support group. This is a safe and confidential space where you can share the highs and lows of your journey, be yourself, and connect with others who could become part of your support system. Each month, we’ll focus on a different topic, from jealousy to burnout to motherhood.
### This month, we’ll explore "Level Up, Stand Out, and Lead Loud."
In today’s evolving music industry, one of the most powerful ways to grow your presence is by investing in yourself. You are your greatest asset. This month, we’ll explore what it looks like to step into your full potential: creatively, professionally, and personally.
Upping your value means expanding your creative and technical toolbox. That could mean learning new instruments, diving into production, understanding the business side, or sharpening your stage presence. Each skill you add helps you become more versatile, more confident, and more in control of your artistic path.
But growth isn’t only about learning. It’s also about recognizing your worth. We’ll talk about how to own your voice, honor your contributions, and advocate for the opportunities you deserve. The more you value yourself, the more space you take up; not just in the industry, but in the minds and hearts of the people you reach.
Whether you choose to share or simply listen, rest assured that every participant signs a confidentiality agreement, ensuring that what’s said in the room stays in the room.
Free tea and coffee will be available, or BYOB, so you can settle in and make yourself at home.
The discussion will be moderated by Femke, an award-winning songwriter, producer, and record label owner. Femke also serves on the boards of the Helping Music Foundation and the Recording Academy and is a passionate advocate for women and mothers in music.
Join us for a cozy evening of sharing and support as we work through these challenges together, and remind each other that we do belong.
