***The end of the year has a way of bringing up what we’ve tried to avoid.*** A memory. A person. A version of ourselves we thought we’d be by now.

For music creators, grief often hides in plain sight - tucked into unreleased songs, creative droughts, or the quiet ache of unmet milestones. This time of year can amplify that grief, whether it's the loss of a loved one, a dream that didn’t unfold, or a relationship that no longer feels like home.

This session offers a soft place to land.
You don’t need to push through or be okay.
**You don’t have to make the grief productive.**

Together, we’ll explore:

* What grief can look like in a creative life
* How to hold space for your emotions without shutting down your art
* The balance between honoring the past and staying present
* How to move with grief, rather than around it

This support group is a confidential, come-as-you-are space for music creators to talk about the pressures we carry, listen if that’s what we need, and **find solidarity with others who understand.** You are welcome to share, or simply sit in quiet community. This is not a therapy session.

All participants agree to a confidentiality statement. What’s shared in the session stays in the session.
