### In the age of constant updates, where every scroll brings another highlight reel, it’s hard not to feel behind.

Another friend lands a big placement. A peer signs with a label. Someone’s celebrating 1M streams. You’re happy for them, but somewhere inside, that creeping voice asks: Why not me?

This month we offer a space to explore the quiet weight of comparison. Together, we’ll talk about the ways it shows up: feeling stuck when others are moving forward, second-guessing your work, over-polishing out of fear it won’t measure up, or losing sight of what you actually want because someone else’s path looks shinier.

We’ll unpack how the comparison spiral impacts creativity and self-worth, especially in an industry that rewards visibility and curated narratives. You’ll gain tools to recognize the signs, shift the mindset, and come back to your own sense of timing, value, and direction.

This online support group is a confidential, come-as-you-are space for music creators to talk about the pressures we carry, listen if that’s what we need, and find solidarity with others who understand. You are welcome to share, or simply sit in quiet community. This is not a therapy session.
