In an industry that rewards overextension, self-love becomes a radical choice.

The Women’s Music Industry Support Group is a monthly, confidential gathering for women across all corners of the music industry to connect, reflect, and support one another.

This month, we’re turning toward how we take care of ourselves in this industry. Not as a concept, but as a lived practice. Together, we’ll explore the inner voice we carry into our work, the standards we hold ourselves to, and the moments we push past our own needs instead of listening. We’ll reflect on what it might look like to meet ourselves with more compassion, without guilt or apology.

This is a space for real conversation and quiet honesty. A place to arrive as you are, without performance or explanation. To support that, all participants are required to sign a confidentiality agreement, ensuring that what’s shared in the room remains private.
