This industry can be a lot to navigate for women.

There’s so much outsiders don’t see: the calculation of how much of yourself to show, the energy spent managing rooms that were never quite designed with you in them, the pressure to be grateful and undemanding while quietly absorbing more than your share. That's the conversation this gathering is built for.

You don't have to share anything. Coming to listen is enough.

This is a monthly, confidential gathering for women across all parts of the music industry — artists, producers, managers, engineers, executives, publicists, and everyone else moving through this world and occasionally needing to set it down for an hour with people who understand it from the inside.

All participants agree to a confidentiality statement. What's said here stays here.

June’s topic: The Voice That Says Not Yet
Most of us know it. The one that says you're not ready, not established enough, not certain enough to take up more space than you're already taking. It sounds like caution. It functions like a ceiling.

This month we're talking about that voice…where it comes from, how it operates, and what it costs when we let it make decisions for us.
