I haven’t done this for years, I always work one on one with my clients as everyone’s needs are unique, so the information and the solution also has to be custom to that client, but I decided to do a intimate home buying class for those who don’t aim for low or for basics, but those who are critical thinkers and want to know more before they spend their hard earned money.

This is not the beige home buyer class everyone else teaches.

Since RE is an asset, we need to look at it that way!
We’ll look at the biggest mistakes people make when they buy, explore neighborhoods, review applicable legislative update, jurisdictions, infrastructure considerations, traffic patterns, noise and pollution maps, exit strategies, support amenities, houses vs townhomes vs condos vs coops, etc…. there is Much to talk about!

Since I’m also an RE broker instructor, I’ll include a lot of what I teach to brokers, which will make you look at how you approach buying differently.
And while we’re on the subject of brokers, do you guys know what RE brokers actually do? What they supposed to do vs what you expect them to do, how to interview and select the right person to represent you, etc….
yeah, I’m pretty sure no one’s teaching this home buyer ed class ….. 😎
