Meet-up Plan
We’ll meet at Moka House and wait about 10 minutes for everyone to arrive. Then we’ll head out for our walk — starting through the neighbourhood and maybe going all the way to Dallas Road, depending on the weather. After the loop, we’ll make our way back to the pub.
Thank you for being brave enough to try something new with speed dating!
During the walk, you’ll switch partners every 1-2 minutes. It keeps things light, fun, and gives everyone a chance to chat.
Once we’re back at the pub, you can break into groups by age — or not. Totally your call. We can all mingle together and if someone catches your eye, feel free to ask them to sit with you for a more private conversation.
It’s your moment. Your three minutes. Your chance to make a genuine connection — you never know what might come out of it.

✨ Match Card Game – How It Works ✨
At the end of the walk and speed-dating rounds, everyone will get a small Match Card.
1️⃣ Write your name on the card.
2️⃣ Check off what you’d be open to:
• ✔ I’d like to chat more
• ✔ I’d like to go for a coffee
• ✔ I’d like to be friends
(You can choose anyone — male or female.)
3️⃣ Seal your card and drop it into the Match Bucket.
After everyone is finished, I will sort the cards and quietly hand them out to the people they’re meant for.
Everything stays private — no one will know who wrote your card unless you decide to tell them.
It’s simple, fun, and totally pressure-free!
