I checked this out on 1st October and reminded myself of parts I had not seen for 3 or 4 years and really enjoyed myself. It is only 4.75-5 miles long but there was little noise for most of the way and lots of open fields, farmland and water, which means animals and nice houses as well.
There are several stiles, about 8 I recall, and I know that this floods later in the year so we need to do it soon.
Parking could be a small problem and you may need to park a few hundred yards away but there is plenty of space up Potters Lane and in Heath Drive nearby.
For members of the regular walkers scheme it is free and for others £4.
