The car park can get busy, but cars are leaving all of the time so just arrive 10 minutes early please.

A joint walk with Walking in Surrey.

I like to do safe walks at this time of year so here we are, not too slippery or muddy.

This is a good 6/6.5 mile circular flat walk starting in Bushy Park and after seeing a couple of memorials it is into Teddington to see the Christmas atmosphere, cross the river and go alongside the Thames into Kingston where it should be fantastic.

Once there you can decide how long you want to stay to just look around, do some shopping and return to the car whenever you want but before 6pm. I will of course be leading the group back after a short stop.

It is simple to return to the car.

Cross Kingston bridge, and cross the road. Turn left and very soon right into Church Grove. Opposite the church, cross the road and go into the gate and follow the path back to the car. which will take 25/30 minutes.
