A Cacao ceremony is likely to open up your HEART, be ready! This plant works specifically with the Anahata chakra or heart center. It can gently support and guide us each toward what needs our love and attention deep within. Create an opportunity to gently move forward in life with more love and gratitude.

Because Cacao works directly with the heart, it is a beautiful instrument that meets you where you are at.

The Cacao Ceremony begins with a group discussion and we intensions for the ceremony. We incorporate vibrations of singing bowls, drumming, guided visualizations and more, enhancing and deepening the ceremony while creating a beautiful space for all to experience. We then drink a warm mug of ceremonial grade Guatemalan cacao elixir (pure chocolate medicine), sit back, and allow the medicine to work.

Once we have all enjoyed our drink and have had a chance to full embody it, we will open the space to share our experience.

As much as we can plan how this event will unfold, each Ceremony is different because the people drawn to come bring their own energy, openness and personal journey.
