online lunch session - Estimation vs. Forecasting

will help to understand if your delivery-system is stable enough to go for forecasting (using data from the past to do a reliable planning for the future) - or if you have to rely on wishful thinking (also known as estimation).
This is very much about learning to sense if you are in a complicated or complex environment, if you can succeed with lean or agile principles, if you can manage or if you should co-organize.

This is a virtual lunch session:
Starting 12:10h CET with a 10 minutes impulse.
Followed by a 10 minutes discussion.
