Our Meetup:
We are specifically focused on active deals: matching projects that need funding with investors who have funds and are looking for deals.
Everyone is welcome to come, but investors and entrepreneurs are preferred.
Based on past meetups, we have run out of space and time before so there will be a maximum of 10 people presenting.
Presenters are on a "First come, First serve" basis.
As usual, the Meetup is broken up into 3 parts:
Part 1: Meet and Greet

Part 2: Deal Presentations
(Presentations will now be strictly limited to 5 minutes + 2 minutes Q&A)

Part 3: Mingle

To present your deal, bring any supporting information you have.
If you need assistance setting something up in advance, please let me know 1-2 days in advance.
We have no restrictions on what kind of deal you want to present, anything goes.

We invest in:
1. Growth Capital: Investments in "post-revenue" startups
2. Private Equity: Buyouts of companies w/ sales above $5M
3. Real Estate: Purchasing properties with cap rates above 6%
