Anxiety and panic are painful. It isn't just a little stress, it is all out struggle to live a calm life. It is the constant worry, apprehension, what ifs that run life. It is knowing that time is marching on and your life is getting more constrained by the grip of anxiety. And you have tried to get help. When I was in the worst of my anxiety it seemed everything, I did to get rid of it made it worse.
Through struggle and fear I began to understand my anxiety in a different way. I suffered with debilitating anxiety and panic attacks for 15 years. Once i got free of it, I began teaching others. Focus is education, support and skills for reducing anxiety. It is time to reclaim life and learn how to let go of anxious thoughts and symptoms. We focus on understanding, awareness and positive changes. Living without anxiety is wonderful and everyone deserves to be free of it.
