The group is for anyone struggling with anxiety and panic. Focus is education, support and skills for reducing anxiety. It is time to reclaim life and learn how to let go of anxious thoughts and symptoms. We focus on understanding, awareness and positive changes. As a former anxiety sufferer, I know how debilitating anxiety and panic can be. Living without anxiety is wonderful and everyone deserves to be free of it.
