Neurosymbolic AI: Learning and Reasoning

Deep learning excels at pattern recognition but can struggle with logic. Symbolic AI reasons well but can't learn from raw data. What if we combined them? This talk explores neurosymbolic AI—a hybrid approach that merges the strengths of neural networks and symbolic reasoning to build systems that are more interpretable, adaptable, and robust. We'll cover core concepts, real-world applications from healthcare to robotics, and current challenges.
