The exponential leap in AI autonomy has fundamentally broken traditional models of control. When systems can operate so complexly and across decentralized networks, failure ceases to be a localized error; it becomes a systemic, non-linear threat to the economy and social contract. This breakdown creates an Accountability Gap where assigning fault by simply saying 'the AI decided' is legally meaningless. Our session will reveal that governance cannot wait for new legislation—it must be architected into the core system. We will present our blueprint: a Total Governance Architecture built on four mandatory axioms of trust—establishing strict Integrity, enforcing absolute Accountability through traceable causality, mandating Verifiability via immutable ledgers, and building in Adaptability for continuous systemic health.
