Talk about NYC cycling

I keep being a not-great organizer but I'm not giving up!! Last time I failed to set the location which resulted in poor turnout :)

Possible topics include: winter cycling, reporting taxis to TLC (I just had my first scheduled hearing), and whatever other topics come up!
