**Rescheduled** Harriman Foliage Hike [17 miles] [Car pooling]
Details
**Rescheduled to Sunday - RSVP to the new event if you can still make it **
Hi Hikers,
Harriman often has good foliage through the end of October, so let's round out the season with a nice 17 miler, which should take about 8 hours plus pictures.
- Route: RT 106-Dunderberg Traverse - We'll do this East => West: RT 106 parking lot to Dunderberg
- Meeting Time & Location: Meet at the Dunderberg Trailhead. We'll arrange car shuttles to the RT 106 trailhead. Google Maps: Dunderberg TH; Rt 106 TH.
- Pace: We should be on the trail by 8:00 am, so that gives people a solid 8 hours to do it (8 am to 4pm). Start at Route 106; To Seven Lakes Driver in 2.5 hrs (Mile 5.4); To Palisades Parkway in another 2 hrs (Mile 9.4); To Dunderberg Trailhead in 3.5 hrs (Mile 15.7)
Contact Andre with any questions about this meetup.
Also, if the full hike isn't for you, contact Andre if you'd like to organize a shorter / slower-paced option. Anthony Wanye is approximately in the middle.

Hiking Level
- This is an advanced hike: It is suitable only for those with excellent hiking skills who are also in excellent shape
- Everyone will likely be hiking at their fastest pace, so there will be no group to hike with. Plan to spend hours hiking alone. Cell phone reception can be spotty. Everyone attending must be comfortable hiking alone and be prepared to do so with a map or offline GPS app. This is not a guided hike.
