What we’re about
We focus on MusicXML as a way to learn teach and collaborate with musical notation and scoring.
Our events will demo the features of the emerging open source MuseScore 4.x local app.
Group Purpose: Promote and support MusicXML local app users, with a focus on music educators. We coordinate both locally and globally.
We seek to support the following audiences:
- Music Students
- Musicians
- Music Teachers
- Open Source Technologists who want to help
Welcome Music Educators, Creators and Publishers!
Music Schools are encouraged to adopt open source tools and techniques.
We will also discuss the pending Google Summer of Code 2022 coding events.
