Hi! For this meeting we will be discussing both The Flick by Annie Baker and No Exit by Jean-Paul Sartre. We recommend bringing a physical or digital copy of the play to the discussion as we may read small sections of the play during the discussion. This is a dramaturgical discussion of both plays, unlike our saturday reading series. As such, we highly suggest reading the play in advance. This week we will try a new meeting spot at the Public Atrium at 875 3rd Ave on the top floor above the Starbucks. I will put what I am wearing the day of in the event comments so you can find us if you are running late. This book club is super relaxed and casual. So, enjoy the play and we hope to see you for a great discussion!
