Community Breathwork Journey (Virtual)
Details
Some might have had exposure through Pranayama or Wim Hof, for others it might be completely new. No matter which form of breathwork, the benefits are shared:
- Improve your immune system
- Process stuck emotion or energy
- Sleep better
- Improve focus
- Strengthen your respiratory system
- Improve mood
Breath will provide you with a deeper understanding of the nervous system and how to improve self regulation through the breath in day-to-day life.
Join us on a virtual breathwork journey on 05/27, guided by deep and powerful music as you lie down and drift away. The breath has a unique quality to set anything that might be stuck in motion, it doesn’t care about the narratives we so often hold on to. It will figure out for itself where it needs to go - we are always inviting curiosity and play into your breathwork experience with us!
Journey Flow
Get comfortable: Find a comfortable place, where you can lay down. Eye shades are recommended to focus inward. Have your phone or computer nearby to be able to hear the music that will play via zoom. For a multi-sensory experience, consider lighting a candle or use essential oils.
Intentions: As with any journey, we don’t travel without a destination. Bring your intentions! What are you hoping to explore on this journey?
Breath-holds: We will be exploring what happens when we suspend the breath, intentionally and with curiosity. Inviting comfort into the breathless space, developing our resilience to stress, increasing CO2 tolerance (a good thing!), and bringing awareness to the flow and volume of our thoughts.

Integration: After the journey ends, we will have time to rest, beginning our processes of integrating, with opportunity to share our experiences.
