They will discuss:
• How to transition from PM/BA to CIO/CTO
• How to sow the seeds for promotion
• What prevents promotion
• Red flags in a candidate
• How the interview process works and what is different
• Expectations of the role. It’s not what you think
• There will also be a QA session at the end.
