  1. Ralph Louis, of Peninsula Computing Solutions Group (PenCSG), will present an overview of Amazon’s EC2 Cloud service and how it can bring your FileMaker Solutions to the cloud in a few short steps with minimal costs will and demonstrate practical use case scenarios.
    Ralph will review creating EC2 instances, operating systems available, connecting to instances from FileMaker client(s) and the web, creating snapshots, different machine types and converting machine type.   2. Salman Sheikh, a.k.a., Commander Salamander, will be demonstrating the use of the FMNexus web services plugin for FileMaker and the CDyne’s postal address verification service running as a WSDL to confirm addresses prior to running mailings.
