Began my CrossFit Journey early during my enlistment serving the United States Army while on active duty. Having trained at CrossFit Affiliations located across Kansas, Florida, New York City, New Jersey, Dominican Republic, London, Madrid and Paris.
Specifically coaching Crossfit in the Upper East Side, Flat Iron, The Financial District of Manhattan, Brooklyn, Functional Training in Queens.
With over 50 Certifications by CrossFit, International Sports Science Association, National Academy Sports Medicine, ProNatal, LivingFit, DotFit, F45, Equinox, Crunch as well as an affiliate to the Department of Exercise Science and Recreation at CUNY Lehman College in the Bronx.
