Join us for a scenic hike along the White Shore and Long Path Loop Trail. This beautiful trail offers stunning views of the Hudson River, rugged terrain, and wooded sections. There are also waterfalls and ruins along the way.

  • Distance: 5-6miles
  • Elevation Gain: 800 feet
  • Difficulty: Difficult, including steep climbs and rocky terrain

Route:

  • Trail Start: Follow the white blazes of the White Shore Trail.
  • White Shore Trail: Walk along cliffs with stunning Hudson River views.
    The trail descends to the riverbank with steep rocky sections.
  • Long Path: Switch to the aqua blazes of the Long Path. Hike through wooded trails and climb back up to the cliffs. Then loop back to the starting point.

What to Bring:

  • Sturdy hiking boots/shoes (Microspikes Recommended)
  • Weather-appropriate clothing, including layers
  • Water (at least 2 liters)
  • Snacks and lunch
  • Trekking poles, if needed for balance on icy terrain
