Harriman State Park - Ramapo Torne via Reeves, Meadow and 7-Hills Loop, 6 miles

6 miles, 1350ft elevation gain hike at Harriman State Park – Ramapo Torne via Reeves, Meadow and 7-Hills Loop.

8:00 AM start to ensure we have parking spaces.

This loop has both flat sections combined with some steep rock scrambling sections. There are great views, and the New York City skyline is in sight. The overlooks are great places to stop and have a break along the way. Option to extend the hike by an extra 1 mile for more views.

The trail is considered Class 1 with some Class 2 technical hiking sections which include challenging climbs and rocky terrain. If you do not like rocky terrain or scrambling, you may not like this trail.

Location: Reeves Meadow Visitors Center.

Bring hiking boots, bug spray, poles, water, snacks, and a sense of
adventure. Rain, thunderstorms, wildfires, etc. cancel the hike.
