By day a lawyer, over the past year I’ve been diving deeper into Dick Swartz’s Internal Family Systems and its power to reshape the psychic and heal. I recently completed my first IFS for therapists course and began practicing as an IFS coach with good results. I’m looking to expand my IFS network in NYC, to find in-person practice partners, or just fellow IFS enthusiasts.
