CLE Presentation | Cloud Computing: Risks and Rewards - Followed by Happy Hour!

As software applications evolve, organizational needs become more complex and demands to expand access to organizational software from a wide variety of devices increase, the ability to identify and address issues related to cloud computing is becoming an ever more important aspect of the in-house counsel's role. Our speaker, Charles Macedo, will conduct a presentation on cloud computing including an overview of what cloud computing is and an explanation of the associated risks and benefits.

Mr. Macedo is a Partner at Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP and the author of The Corporate Insider's Guide to US Patent Practice, published by Oxford University Press (2009). He represents a wide variety of clients on all manner of intellectual property and technology-related issues, including patents, trademarks and copyrights.
