Join us for a friendly outdoor calisthenics workout at Central Park. Whether you’re a beginner or already into bodyweight training, this session is open to all levels. We’ll warm up, train together using the bars and park structures, and motivate each other along the way.

This event is perfect for parents who want to introduce their children to a new language in a playful and hands-on way. While we create together, I’ll be teaching simple Italian words related to colors, shapes, and emotions — all while having fun!
