JourneyDance is a holistic, free form dance practice where you release tension on the dance floor through movement and connect with your body, mind and spirit. We do not dance enough as adults and JourneyDance is an opportunity to dance however you wish to fun music ranging from Prince to Pink to moving world music. Half moving meditation, half Friday night dance party, JourneyDance is great workout for every part of you! No dance training required. Dress code is clothes you like to move in, and either bare feet, socks, or sneakers. Bring a bottle of water and your love of dancing!
