Embodied Queer
Details
This is for queer people who are newly out or came out later in life… and don’t quite feel confident in it yet.
You might be questioning yourself.
Feeling “not queer enough.”
Struggling with shame, internalised homophobia, or comparison.
Or finding that when you connect with women, it suddenly feels intense, overwhelming, or destabilising.
You’re not broken!
You were just never taught how to feel safe in queer love.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how your attachment patterns and subconscious beliefs shape your experience of queerness, dating, and connection.
This is not just mindset — it’s somatic, practical, and real.
We’ll cover:
• why you don’t feel “secure” in your queerness yet
• how internalised conditioning is still shaping your identity and relationships
• the subconscious patterns driving anxiety, overthinking, or shutdown
• how to start feeling grounded, confident and safe in your attraction to women
This is a space to be honest, to connect, and to begin shifting how you experience yourself in queer spaces and relationships.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing to show up.
