After a 2 year hiatus, SCREIM is finally back! Dan U., founder of the Suffolk County Real Estate Investment Meetup group, was able to find us space at the Tesla Dealership in Smithtown for this event!
This meetup will also have members from my SCREIM group as well - since the topic (Contractors) is a popular one! Not only will you be able to network with current, active Landlords and like minded RE investors, you'll also be able to test drive some of the world's most advanced electric cars - come by the event and have a great time!
