New in Town: Curious About Esperanto? Join Us for Coffee and Conversation

This meetup is for people in NYC who are new in town, language-curious, or just looking for a low-pressure way to meet people through something a little different.
We’ll be joining an existing Esperanto conversation meetup in a relaxed coffeehouse setting. Esperanto is an easy-to-learn international language, and complete beginners are welcome. You do not need to know anything in advance.
You can:

• listen in
• learn a few words
• meet friendly people
• ask questions
• just get a feel for the language and group

This is not a formal class. It is a casual, social meetup. There will be a small Esperanto flag and some books on the table.
