Welcome to Rucking in the Village!

​Hi everyone, welcome to our new group! We're so excited to start Rucking in the Village with you all.

​For those new to the idea, rucking is a low-impact exercise where you walk with a weighted backpack. It's a fantastic way to build strength and endurance while exploring our amazing city.

​Our first event is just around the corner, and we'd love for you to join us! Grab a friend and bring them along, or come on your own and make a new one here. All fitness levels are welcome.

​Don't have a rucking vest? No problem at all! Just bring any backpack with some weight in it—books, water bottles, you name it. We can't wait to ruck with you!
