Welcome to Rucking in the Village!
Hi everyone, welcome to our new group! We're so excited to start Rucking in the Village with you all.
For those new to the idea, rucking is a low-impact exercise where you walk with a weighted backpack. It's a fantastic way to build strength and endurance while exploring our amazing city.
Our first event is just around the corner, and we'd love for you to join us! Grab a friend and bring them along, or come on your own and make a new one here. All fitness levels are welcome.

Don't have a rucking vest? No problem at all! Just bring any backpack with some weight in it—books, water bottles, you name it. We can't wait to ruck with you!
