Richard Dawkins wrote the book “The Selfish Gene” trying to make the case that there really is no altruism, altruism is simply selfishness disguised as altruism. I’d like to explore the case he makes and see if we can poke holes in it together. Let’s discuss whether altruism may actually be something we choose.
