YOGA & TABLE TENNIS CLASS

Join us for a unique fitness experience combining the best of yoga and ping pong!

Start with a 40-minute yoga session with experience instructor Dana Pensabene designed to warm up your body, enhance flexibility, and strengthen the muscles needed for peak ping pong performance.

Put your warmed up muscles to the test. The yoga session will then flow into 40 minutes of ping pong accompanied by PingPod’s National Coach and National Team player Yasiris Ortiz to help you level up your game.
