This group is for those risk-takers out there. Those who “have the balls”, if you will, to go above and beyond to maintain their well-being. This includes discussing tactics to strengthen mental and emotional well being during difficult times and/or on a regular basis to promote mental health. This group is for those that stand up for what they believe in and exclude any external influences from those beliefs. This group is not for intellectual discourse but rather to discuss how common sense, logic, and standing up for what you believe in should be all you need to make a better impact on your well-being. What behavioral standards should you conform to? The one that you choose without external influence.
