Speed Friending (Expand Your Social Network) New Year, New Friends

The new year is a great time to meet new people and make new friends! Come expand your social circle at this fun and friendly event! Prior to the event, we will provide you with some ice breaker questions that you can use, or you can make up your own. At the event, participants will be broken up into groups of 3-4 people.
The group will stay together for about 5-10 minutes and at the end of the round, half of the participants will move to a new station and start a new round, meeting new people.

How many will attend? This is a MULTI-GROUP partner Meetup. We will have a good number of members attending.
Can I come alone? Yes. 95% of those attending will be coming on their own. This is a great way to network, connect and make new friends!
Is this age-specific? 20s, 30s, 40s. We usually get a good mix of ages.
Do I need to get ticket in advance? Yes. Prepay only event. $19-$25 depending upon available spaces/how early you purchase ticket

Whether you’re coming solo or with a group, our friendly hosts will be there to greet you and help spark meaningful connections throughout the night.
How it works:
- Ice breakers that will connect you with others
- Hosts on hand to welcome and introduce you to others at the event
- Up to 50 Meetup members coming together to mix, mingle, network
- Fun music played at conversational levels

Is this for singles? This is for anyone looking to connect with others. We will have one color dedicated to “singles” so you can see who the other singles are.
How many members will attend? This is a multi-Meetup group event. This page only shows a small portion of the actual attendees. Based on other RSVPs and members who have already prepaid, we will have a good # of members attending!
Can I come alone? Yes, about 80% attend on their own.
How should I dress? We just suggest neat casual.
