Join us for a refreshing day of yoga, where you can reconnect with yourself, and explore simple practices that support both physical and mental well-being. Whether you're new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, this day is a beautiful opportunity to begin the year with intention and joy.

Schedule:
10:30 – 11:45 AM - Introduction to Meditation & Holistic well-being
12:00 – 1:30 PM - Yoga Asana Class (open to all levels)
1:30 – 2 PM - Vegetarian Lunch (suggested donation $10)

Please bring a water bottle and either a yoga mat, or a towel to place over a provided mat.
