This workshop offers an introduction to Sattvic cooking, a yogic approach to food that cultivates clarity of mind and balance in the nervous system. Rooted in the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, Sattvic meals are simple, nourishing, and prepared with mindfulness and intention.
The session will be guided by Swami Amritananda, a dedicated yogi from Gifu, Japan, with over 18 years of practice, bringing depth, authenticity, and quiet grace to the art of conscious cooking.
