• Nik VRSI - Best known as a musician, producer, and performer, Nik VRSI fell in love with the newfound solutions presented by Web3. In allowing creatives to build new infrastructure, enable stronger IP protections, and establish experiential components to their visions, the world of blockchain has fundamentally changed the scope of what is artistically possible. Nik, along with Bleu Pablo and Josh Sauceda, created the online and print publication ARCHIV3, to highlight the intersections of art, technology, and human interaction. As Nik loves to say, “everything exciting about Web3 comes from OUTSIDE of Web3.” In highlighting stories, people, and platforms that look to empower and educate artists of all backgrounds about the wealth of resources available to them, Nik has found a new singular passion as both an educator, and as a student in the growing world of emerging technologies.
• Shreya Tendulkar is a multi-disciplinary technologist and software engineer with a deep passion for building intelligent systems at the intersection of AI, Web3, and user empowerment. With her experience across industries including investment banking, insurance, healthcare, automotive, and consumer platforms, she brings a unique blend of engineering rigor and product innovation to emerging decentralized technologies.
• ​Currently at Berkshire Hathaway, Shreya leads API platform development, enabling scalable and secure digital ecosystems. Her journey spans contributions to AI-driven platforms at companies like Google, Dexcom, and CCC Intelligent Solutions, and as a member of IEEE, her research includes published IEEE research papers on federated learning, energy optimization, and privacy-preserving AI.
• ​As a creative technologist, Shreya is fascinated by how Web3 can redefine ownership, transparency, and value distribution in the creator economy. She actively explores decentralized identity, token-based incentive models, and smart contract architectures as tools for creative autonomy and trustless collaboration. In the finance domain, she collaborated on integrating decentralized identity (DID) and smart contract-based asset management into an investment platform, enabling secure, tokenized portfolio access and reducing transaction reconciliation time. In healthcare, she worked on a blockchain-based consent management prototype for CGM (continuous glucose monitoring) data, giving patients granular control over how and with whom their health data is shared. These projects reflect her commitment to building transparent, user-centric systems where data ownership, privacy, and interoperability are foundational — values that resonate deeply with the ethos of the creator economy.
• ​She is passionate about shaping inclusive, tech-forward futures where creators are not just participants but platform owners — and real impact starts when creators own the platform—not just the content.
• Josina Rodrigues - Josina is an economist and marketing strategist turned global blockchain and AI advisor, with 20+ years of experience leading digital transformation and capital strategy initiatives across Latin America, Europe, and Asia. She is the first holder of a Ph.D. thesis on blockchain in Portugal and has advised on tokenization, financial inclusion, and IT governance in more than 15 countries.
• She is the founder of HQX Consulting, a boutique innovation and strategy firm that empowers organizations to achieve sustainable growth through digital transformation, blockchain integration, and executive leadership development. HQX merges global insight with local precision, positioning emerging technologies as catalysts, not end goals.
• A speaker at 50+ global conferences, Josina engages audiences worldwide and reaches over 30k LinkedIn followers. She has contributed to EU policy through INATBA, is a published expert, and continues to shape the future of tech and inclusion through thought leadership and advisory roles.
